Ingredients

    1 large onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    1 lb ground chicken breast
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
    2 tsp ground cummin
    2 cans chilli ready canned tomatoes
    2 cans chilli beans (pinto)
    2 cans red kideny beans
    2 cups chicken broth

Tips

Great served with shredded cheese and non-fat sour cream.


Directions

1. Saute onion and garlic until tender in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2. Brown chicken in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3. Add canned beans, chicken, and spices
4. Simmer for 30-45 minutes.
