    1c whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 large eggs
    8 large egg whites (1c egg substitute)
    2tbsp Applesauce


In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour and salt until smooth.

Spray pay with butter flavored spray.
Bake at 400 for 20minutes
