Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 whole bell pepper, coarsely chopped
    2 tsp Italian seasonings

Directions

In large skillet, in olive oil over medium heat saute onions until translucent. Add ground turkey and garlic and cook until meat is browned. Stir in tomato sauce and Italian seasonings; simmer 5 minutes. Add green peppers and simmer 3 minutes more. Serve over cooked pasta.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 10 1/2-cup servings
