    2 - 4 oz pork loin chops
    1/2 cup apple cider

    1 T olive oil
    2 cloves minced garlic
    4 cups chopped kale
    1/2 cup grated carrot
    1 cup black beans


Marinate pork in apple cider for at least 5 minutes.
Sear in pan, 1-2 minutes each side.
Lay in pan, cover with apples and rest of marinade.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Meanwhile, saute garlic in olive oil for one minute. Add chopped kale, grated carrot, and black beans. Cook until heated through. Serve as a side.
