    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp oregano
    1.25lbs of ground turkey (EXTRA lean)
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    15 oz Fat Free Ricotta cheese
    1 cup reduced fat Italian blend cheese
    12 ounce whole wheat lasagna pasta
    10 ounces of thawed broccoli
    26 ounces of reduced sodium chunky tomato sauce


In a skillet cook onions and garlic over medium for 4 minutes
Add turkey and brown, drain - Set aside add oregano and pepper
in a bowl combine ricotta and 1/2 italian cheese
in the slow cooker, layer half the lasagna noodles, after breaking them in half on the bottom.
Then add half tomato sauce, and broccoli over noodles and then top of with 1/4 cup water
then gently spread ricotta mix on top amd continue layering with remaining noodles, broccoli and sauce and then add an additional 1/4 cup water on top.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 5
sprinkle last 1/2 cup of cheese on top when 15 minutes are left on timer
