    1 package of frozen spinach
    2 large zucchini squashes
    1 large onion
    1.5 cups of chopped portobella mushrooms
    3 cloves of garlic
    .5 cups of fat free tomato sauce
    .5 cup red wine


add a little water to a non stick pan. add onions and garlic, and brown lightly. add remaining ingredients and cooked until desired tenderness. season to taste. i used pepper and basil.
