    8 Extra Large Eggs
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Sugar
    1 tbsp Vinegar
    1 tbsp Sour Cream
    1 tbsp Mayonnaise
    1 dash Black Pepper
    1 gm Paprika


Boil eggs, then chilled eggs before removing eggshells. Cut eggs in halves. Carefully separate yolks from white and mash up 6 egg yolks. Add a dash of black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar. Mix salt and sugar in first. Then add 1 tbsp vinegar, i tbsp sour cream and 1 tbsp mayonnaise. Mix them up thoroughly. Add the other 2 egg yolks and fold in for texture. Fill up egg whites with mixture. Finally, sprinkle paprika on top. Leave in refrigerator till chilled before serving.
