Ingredients

    10 LB Lean Ground Beef
    12 Cloves Garlic Minced
    7 Small Heads Cabbage Chopped
    30 Cups or 7.5 quarts Water
    8 Cups uncooked Long Grain Rice
    3/4 Cups Worcestershire Sauce
    4 Tbsp Onion Powder
    4 Tbsp Dried Basil
    3 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
    3 Tbsp Black Pepper
    1 #10 Can Crushed Tomatoes
    3 Tbsp Salt
    Serve with Grated Parmesan

Directions

Cook beef and Garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the cabbage, water, rice, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, basil, cayenne and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir in tomatoes and salt; heat through.

Serving Size: 9 oz.
