Number of Servings: 8


    3/4 Cup Sugar
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
    1/2 tsp Ginger, Ground
    1/4 tsp Cloves, Ground
    2 Lg Eggs
    15oz Can Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
    12oz Can Evaporated Milk
    9-Inch Unbaked (4Cup volume) deep-dish pie shell


1. Mix Sugar, Cinnamon, Ginger, & Cloves in small bowl.
2. Beat Eggs in large bowl.
3. Stir in Pumpkin and Sugar & Spices.
4. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
5. Pour into Pie Shell
6. Bake in preheated 425F oven for 15 minutes.
7. Reduce heat to 350F and bake 40 to 50 minutes.
8. Cool for 2 hours on wire rack.
9. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
