    48 Mushrooms, fresh
    2 large Egg, fresh, lightly beaten
    16 oz bulk Sausage, cooked and crumbled
    1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
    3 Tbsp Butter melted
    2 oz finely chopped onion
    2 tsp Brown Mustard
    2 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce


Remove stems from mushrooms, set caps aside. In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Stuff each cap with some of the mixture. Place in 2 greased 13x9 baking dishes. Bake uncovered at 350 for 16-20 minutes.
