Ingredients

    1 large whole egg
    2 large egg whites
    2 tbs skim milk
    1 tbs chopped onion
    2 tbs green bell pepper
    1 oz Kirkland ham (diced)
    1 bon belle cheese (grated)
    1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed & drained)


Directions

Sautee onion and bell peppers in non-stick skillet until soft. Beat eggs and skim milk, add rest of ingredients, pour into skillet and cook until done.
