Ingredients

    20 oz package 93% lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup mushrooms, diced fine
    1/2 medium red onion, diced fine
    2 teaspoons beef bouillon
    dash worcestershire sauce

Directions

Mix ingredients well. Shape into five burgers. Pan fry until desired doneness. I used no oils in the pan and they browned nicely. After browning, I used a lid on the pan.

Of course, poultry needs to be well cooked but I hate overcooked so I use a thermometer if I have to, to pull them off the heat just as they're done.

They reheat well in the microwave at 70% power.
