Ingredients

    2 medium tomatoes finely chopped
    2 large onions julienned
    1 tsp finely chopped ginger
    1 tsp finely chopped garlic
    1 tsp sunflower oil to cook
    Water based paste of 1 tbsp round paprika powder (or to taste), Quarter tsp of Turmeric (too much is bitter)and half a teaspoon of coriander powder
    Salt to taste

Directions

Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Sautee the ginger and garlic till it turns golden brown. Add in the julienned onions and saute till the onions are brown. Add the tomatoes and continue to stir. Once the tomatoes are soft, add the paste of spices and salt. Mix well. Cover and allow to cook on low heat for a minute. Cook until the mixture is even. Add the shrimp and cook till done.
