    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    *Flavorite Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese, 0.50 cup
    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), .5 cup
    Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil and 40% butter, 2 tbsp
    Milk, 1%, 10 fl oz


Makes 4-6 servings.

- Cook Frozen Broccoli
- While Broccoli is cooking, blend mushroom soup with the milk. I generally measure by using a half a soup can, but you can add more or less milk depending on your taste.
- Drain Broccoli
- Mix broccoli and soup/milk blend together in casserole dish. Sprinkle some of the shredded cheese on top.
- Cut the margarine into pats. Drop the pats into the Bisquick and use a fork to blend together to make a crumbly mixture. Again here you can use more or less Bisquick depending on your taste.
- Add the Bisquick mixture to the top of the Broccoli/cheese misture in the casserole.
- Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
-Bake in over at 375 for 20-30 min or until top is golden and bubbly.


NOTE: I have made this also with Cauliflower and carrots. I think it works well with any vegetable, I am just a Broccoli fiend. :)
