    2 Cornish Hens about 1 1/2 lbs. each
    1/2 Orange cut into half (2 quarters)
    1 TBSP. Brummel & Brown Original Spread
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. dried sage
    1/4 tsp. black pepper


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Wash hens and pat dry. Melt the butter spread and combine with the seasonings. Rub birds inside and out with seasoning mix. Stuff each hen with a quarter orange.

Cook for 1 -1 1/4 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. (in breast)

To serve spilt in half discarding oranges and serve!
