Ingredients

    Cucumber (peeled), 1 large
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia)
    Berries, any, 1 cup
    Swiss Chard, 2 cup, chopped (4 large handfuls)
    Ginger Root, 1 inch, grated
    1/2 Lemon Juice
    Avocados, 1/2 fruit

Tips

The color/texture may not look pretty but it's so good for you!


Directions

Whip cucumber, aple and berries in a blender.
Add greens, ginger, lemon and avocado and blend well until very smooth.
