    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)
    *Chicken Broth -- Trader Joe's Low Sodium Organic, 3 cup (remove)
    *White potato, 13.25 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *America's Choice Mixed Frozen Vegetables (Peas, Carrots, Green Beans, Corn, Lima Beans, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Argo Corn Starch, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


cut chicken into chunks and pan fry until cooked through
peel and cut 3 potatoes into bite size pieces
chop on onion
chop celery into bite size pieces
place all ingredients into the crockpot and simmer. When cooked through mix cornstarch with a little water and then add warm tap water to the cornstarch mixture and add to the soup, this will thicken it to a stew.
