Introduction

Quick and easy - grab and go - my husband eats on the way to work. Quick and easy - grab and go - my husband eats on the way to work.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 - 8" Tortilla
    2 TBS Salsa
    1/2 of 1/3 Cup Mexican Cheese
    1 Large Egg Scrambled
    1 Piece Pre-cooked Bacon

Directions

*Heat skillet on med high
*Place pre-cooked bacon on skillet until crispy, set aside
*Place Tortilla in skillet - heat both sides about 10 seconds each side
*Place Tortilla on plate and smear 2 TBS salsa across center
*Place Bacon on top of Salsa
*Add Cheese Mix
*Scramble Egg and place on top of cheese
*Roll Tortilla and enjoy
