Ingredients

    1/8 Teaspoon salt
    1/4 Teaspoon finely ground black pepper
    1/8 Cup light olive oil
    1/2 cloves garlic, peeled
    1/4 Tablespoon fresh oregano leaves (3 [3-inch] sprigs, stemmed)
    1/2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil (510 leaves)
    1/4 Cup salted butter
    1/8 Cup canola oil

Directions

1. Place salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, oregano and basil in a food processor. Pulse until herbs are finely ground and there are no visible specks of pepper (30-60 seconds total).

2. Add butter and canola oil, blending until smooth.

3. Scrape into a container with a snap top and refrigerate up to 1 month.
