Introduction

Nice Asian taste. The sodium content is high; however, if you can find a low sodium Seasoning Sauce and possibly Hoisin sauce, that should take care of it. Nice Asian taste. Ingredients

    5 cups fresh sliced collard greens
    1/2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
    1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 tbsp Golden Mountain - Seasoning Sauce
    1 tsp garlic

Tips

You can use fried garlic (available at the asian supermarket)


Directions

Heat olive oil in saute pan, saute collard greens until slightly limp. Add hoisin sauce, seasoning sauce and garlic, cover and continue cooking a few more minutes until desired tenderness.

I personally like it slightly limp - keeps more of its vitamin value.
