    1.5 cup ground Pecans
    3.5 Tbsp Truvia Spoonable
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp, melted
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Cream Cheese, 16 oz
    Sour Cream, .75 cup
    3.5 Tbsp Truvia Spoonable
    dash salt
    Egg, fresh, 3.5 large
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Lemon Zest, 3 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp


Preheat oven to 325.


Combine ground pecans, sweetener and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in melted butter, egg and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Press into a 10 inch pie pan or springform pan.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream sweetener and salt in a bowl. Beat at low speed to blend. Beat in the eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest & vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Pour filling into the crust. Bake at 325 until nearly firm in center of oven. Cool on a rack. Chill before serving.

    How long to bake, I am checking at 40 minutes. - 12/24/17

    We are trying this recipe for Thanksgiving but there is not even a guess of how long to cook it for. We figure 325 for about 1 hour - 11/24/14
