Number of Servings: 6


    Butternut Squash, 2 cup, cubes
    Neufchatel Cheese, 8 oz
    Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Marjoram, dried, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    2 Tbs. butter


Melt butter in saucepan. Put in all ingredients except for cream cheese. Bring to a boil and then lower temp and simmer for 20 min. When squash is soft transfer to food processor or blender, add cream cheese and pulse until smooth. Return to saucepan to warm. Do not bring to a boil.
