    3 oz Plain Yogurt
    3 oz acai, grape or pomegranate juice
    4 oz frozen banana
    6 oz Berry Medley


Place all ingredients in blender carafe and place in refrigerator overnight.
Place carafe on blender base and start with low speed, slowing increasing to medium until there is a vortex. Blend one minute.
Increase slowly to high speed for one minute.
Drink immediately.
