Ingredients

    1 cup Green Peppers
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup sliced zucchinni
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 tbsp sour cream
    1 tbsp green salsa
    1 skinless, boneless chicken breast

Tips

Cook chicken first or, pick up an already cooked chicken at the supermarket and use one breast.


Directions

Stir fry veggies in a skillet or fry pan with 1 tbsp canola oil add chicken breast (already cooked) and garnish with salsa and sour cream.
