Ingredients

    Turkey Meatballs with Marinara: 372 Calories

    Mix together:
    1 LB Jenny O Ground Turkey
    1 Egg
    1 Cooked Carrot
    1/4 Cooked Cauliflour
    2 Tbs Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp Salt
    1 Tbs Black Pepper
    1 Tbs Cayenne Pepper
    1 Tbs Parmasean Cheese

    Heat a skillet with 2 Tbs of Olive Oil. Roll the into balls and brown/cook completely.

    Marinar Sauce: 4 servings

    2 Cups Water
    1 Whole Tomato Chopped
    1 Cup Onion diced
    2 Cloves of Garlic diced
    2 Tbs Italian Seasoning
    2 Tbs Cayene Pepper
    1 tsp Salt
    1 Tbs Black Pepper

    Cook until tender. Blend until smooth. Return to stove and add 4 cups tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add to cooked turkey meatballs and serve. Top with Parmasean Cheese.

Tips

Remember to taste as you go. Feel free to add more herbs or additional cayene.
