These are delish with the smallest amount of sour cream. These are delish with the smallest amount of sour cream.
Number of Servings: 6


    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
    *Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, .33 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)


Mix all ingredients except 1 T oil which you use to fry batter. To make the batter you have to steam and chop the broccoli and make sure onion is chopped fine. You make them with a heaping tablespoon of batter and push down batter and cook until lightly brown.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 18 small pancakes,
