"Get your 5-10" Smoothie

1 medium size peach, stone removed and sliced
1 medium size apple, cored and sliced
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 cup packed kale
1 medium zuchinni
1 avocado (skin and stone removed)
3/4 cup broccoli slaw
1/2 cup low-fat quark
3 tbsp flax oil
3 cups Mango Juice
water if needed
If you plan on drinking your smoothies throughout the day, do not blend them all in the morning. It is also recommended to add juice right before blending. If you are missing certain ingredients, just leave them out or substitute - it will still taste great as long as mango juice is used as the mixer.
Serving Size: makes 5 smoothies - drink as meal replacements throughout the day, or feed a family in the morning!
