    Cod (fish), 20 oz (remove)
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    Bearnaise Sauce, 1 packet (remove)
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp (remove)


Preheat saute pan on medium for 4 minutes. Dip fish in flour and then into egg and then into bread crumbs. Pleace 2 tbsp butter in pan and add fish. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Or Until golden. Combine milk and sauce mix in sauce pan on medium high. Stir in remaining butter and bring to boil stirring constantly. Continue to cook until sauce thickens. Squeeze lemon juice into sauce about 1 tbsp and stir until blended. Serve sauce over fish.
