Ingredients

    1 15oz can red beans
    1 15 oz can great northern beans
    1 clove garlic, minced
    curry powder
    cracked black pepper
    chili powder

    1 cup jasmine rice
    1 bouillon cube



Tips

This could really be altered by changing beans or spices. Just something I like to throw together on a night when I'm making a meat meal for the family that I don't eat.


Directions

prepare rice according to package, only adding bouillon. heat beanswith seasonings and garlic in separate pan, add to rice.
(I do not measure seasonings, I add to taste only)
