    2 pounds round steak
    1 Tablespoon sugar
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 20-oz. an tomatoes
    1/3 cup vinegar
    1/3 cup Worcestershire
    salt & pepper to tasts


I like to make ahead and cool in fridge over night so I can remove any fat before I flake the meat.


Combine all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low 8-10 hours. Flake mat with a fork.
