Ingredients

    1/4 cup southwest style egg beaters
    1/4 cup black beans, rinsed
    1 8 in whole wheat flour tortilla
    1/4 cup mango-peach salsa

Tips

May add sprinkle of low fat shredded cheddar cheese as garnish.


Directions

Cook egg beaters in small fry pan sprayed with olive oil spray. When eggs partially set, add black beans and cook till eggs set and heated through.
Warm tortilla between damp paper towels in micro wave approximately 10 seconds.
Place egg mixture in center of tortilla and wrap burrito style, top with salsa.
