I was desperate to use up our leftover ham from Christmas. I looked through my cupboard to see what I had and was inspired by the cans of Asparagus there. I have spaghetti listed, but you can use any pasta you like. I was desperate to use up our leftover ham from Christmas. I looked through my cupboard to see what I had and was inspired by the cans of Asparagus there. I have spaghetti listed, but you can use any pasta you like.

Ingredients

    Cream of Asparagus Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz)
    Lactaid Fat Free Milk, .75 cup
    Onion powder, 0.25 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tbsp
    Asparagus, canned, 1.5 cup
    Cured Ham, 2 cup
    Cooked pasta, 4 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400F

Blend together the soup, milk, onion powder, black pepper, asparagus, ham, pasta and 1/2 cup cheese in baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the ham mixture is hot and bubbling.

Stir then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Bake until the cheese is melted (approx 5 more minutes).


Serving Size: Makes 8 Servings, 3/4 cup each
