    80 grams red pepper
    70 grams onion
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cups stock
    1 cup quinoa

Directions

Stir fry garlic, onion and red pepper in olive oil until soft. Add stock and quinoa, bring to a simmer and simmer until liquid is absorbed
