Ingredients

    1 cup water
    3/4 cup stevia in the raw
    1.5 ounce package of fresh or frozen cranberries
    1/2 tsp glucomannan powder

Tips

You may adjust the stevia to your taste.


Directions

Bring water and stevia to a boil. Add the cranberries and bring it back to a boil. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring periodically. Turn off heat and slowly add the glucomannan powder while stirring to spread the thickener evenly. Put into containers and cool completely to room temperature. Refrigerate or freeze.

Serving Size: Makes 9 1/4cup servings
