    2 cups of black beans drained and rinsed well
    1 cup of whole kernal canned corn drained
    2 roma/plum tomatoes (1cup) chopped
    2 tblsp fresh cilantro chopped
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    1 tblsp lime juice


mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and serve

Serving Size: makes 8-1/2 cup servings
