Ingredients

    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.50 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 cup Flour, white
    16 tbsp Shortening, Crisco
    4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    1 10 oz bag Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

Cream crisco, sugar. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to cream mixture and mix well. Add vanilla, oats, and chips/M&Ms. Roll into 1 in. balls, place on greased pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
