    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 Tablespoon vinegar
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    2 pkgs. cole slaw mix
    1 tablespoon ginger
    1/2 pound ground pork
    15 wrappers
    1 large egg


Cook pork. Drain fat. Mix soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Cook cole slaw mix with sauce until cooked. Add pork. Place 1/4 cup into each wrapper. Fry for 2 minutes in Canola oil.
Can also be baked in oven instead of frying.
