Ingredients

2.5 lbs. venison, lean ground beef, or ground turkey
3/4 cup ketchup, divided
10 saltine crackers, crushed
1 egg
1/4 cup onion, chopped
Tips
Double the recipe and freeze half! Do not cook before freezing. Thaw the night before and cook as instructed for an easy meal.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine meat, crushed saltine crackers, egg, onion, and 1/2 cup ketchup. Mix well with hands. Put into greased loaf pan or 8x8 baking dish. Top with remaining ketchup.
Bake for one hour or until middle is no longer pink.
