    2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    4 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
    1/2 cup Green Onion
    1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
    4 La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortillas


1) Boil Chicken and shred.

2) Spread Sour Cream over tortilla, add chicken, cheese and green onion.

3) Place in skillet til warm then fold in half and continue heating each side til golden brown.

    I think I'd change from non fat sour cream to non fat ranch dressing to give it a little more flavor. Or use pepperjack cheese instead. Also we used whole wheat tortilla's instead of flour. - 1/5/08
