So sweet and yummy! Easy too! And healthy Omega-3s! So sweet and yummy! Easy too! And healthy Omega-3s!
Number of Servings: 4


    1 pound salmon
    1/4 cup pure maple syrup
    2 TB soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper


*I make this and divide it up into 4 ziploc steam bags with frozen fillets. Then it's quick and easy for work.


1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Place salmon in a baking dish. Pour mix on top. Cover and marinade for 30 minutes (turning once)
3. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 4 -4oz fillets
