    3/4 cup oats
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsps baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tbsps cold margarine
    2/3 cup Dannon Light 'n Fit nonfat vanilla yogurt
    1 egg
    3 tbsps sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 1/2 tbsps Dannon Light 'n Fit nonfat vanilla yogurt


Bake oats in a 15x10 inch shallow pan @ 400 degrees F for 6 minutes. Cool.
Combine oats, sugar, both flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add margarine in small increments, until mixture becomes crumbly and well combined.
Stir together 2/3 cup yogurt and the egg, then add this to the flour mixture.
Make a ball of the dough and then press out to form a 7 1/2 -8 inch circle.
Combine sugar and cinnamon. Brush top of disc with the remaining yogurt, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
Bake @ 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool, then cut into 10 equal wedges.
