Ingredients

    1 C SKIM MILK (OR MORE IF TOO THICK)
    1 TBLE OIL
    1 EGG
    1 C FLOUR
    2 TSP BAKING POWDER
    2 TBLE SUGAR
    TSP SALT
    2 TBLE CORN MEAL

Directions

BEAT MILK, OIL, AND EGG LIGHTLY. MIX TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SUGAR, CORN MEAL AND SALT. ADD ALL AT ONCE TO MILK MIXTURE. STIR. FRY ON GRIDDLE OR IN SKILLET. MAKES EIGHT (USING 1/4 CUP BATTER EACH)
