    3/4 cup blue cheese
    6oz Fage 0% greek yogurt
    1 TBSP mayo light
    1.5 TBSP white wine vinegar
    1/2 c buttermilk
    splash of worsterchire sauce
    garlic powder and pepper to taste


I leave it thick for a dip for veggies, and thin it down with a bit more buttermilk for a dressing


Mix everything in a blender or food processor and process until desired consistency.ore buttermilk for a dressing

Serving Size: Makes one cup, or 16 tablespoons. Serving size is one tablespoon
