    1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup turbinado sugar or granulated sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup packed sweetened shredded coconut
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1/4 cup chopped almonds
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup raisins


Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine all ingredients, and portion mixture into a cupcake pan and press down in each cup to create a "puck." Bake 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.

Serving Size: makes 12 "pucks"
