    8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 package (6.5 oz.) Hillshire Farm turkey polish sausage, sliced
    1/2 package (6 oz.) frozen 3 pepper and onion blend, thawed
    14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
    14.5 oz. can chicken broth, 33% less sodium
    1 Tbsp. creole seasoning
    2 cups instant brown rice
    1 1/4 cups water
    1/2 package (7 oz.) tailless cocktail shrimp, thawed


in a 3 quart crock pot combine all ingredients, except the rice, water, and shrimp. Cook on high for 3 hours.
After 3 hours stir in the rice and shrimp. Cook for an additional 20 minutes or until rice is done.

Serving Size: 1 3/4 cups
