    1 lb smoked turkey keilbasa sausage
    1 cup onions, chopped
    1 cp celery, chopped
    1 1/2 cups red bell pepper
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1/4 cup hot sauce (or more if you like it hot)
    2 bay leaves
    1 t thyme
    2 cps cooked jasmine rice


Cook sausage over medium high heat for 5 mintes. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook and stir about 3 minutes. Stir in beans, hot sauce, bay leaves, and thyme. Heat to boil and then reduce to medium low. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
