Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean Ground beef
    2- 15.5 oz cans spicy chili beans
    1- 6 oz can Tomato Paste
    2- 14.5 oz cans Stewed Tomatoes with Jalapenos, do not drain
    1 cup Chopped Onions
    3 tbsp. dried celery flakes
    2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
    1 Bay Leaf
    3/4 tsp Dried Basil
    1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
    1- 4oz can of Green Chiles

Directions

In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain well. Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 8 - 10 hours. Remove bay leaf, stir and serve.
