    1 cup Almond milk (any flavor, but the unsweetened has fewer calories)

    2 cup of coffee (whatever flavor; black)

    1 tbsp of sugar free chocolate syrup (serving size is 2 but I find that extra one unnecessary)

    1 frozen banana (blended, it's just like icecream)


blend all ingredients, pour, serve.

Serving Size: Makes about one 32 oz serving
