Ingredients

    6 Pork Chops
    3-4 apples; unpeeled and sliced
    2 T butter
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Brown pork chops on both sides. Place apple slices in a greased dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Top with chops, cover and bake 1.5 hours at 350.
