Introduction

This are very low fat,very yummy and filling

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 lrge green bell peppers
    20 ozs Jennie O Ground Turkey Breast 99% fat free
    4cups (2 cans) Campell's Tomato Soup
    1 tsp onion powder
    1tsp italian Seasoning
    1 tsp Goya Adobe Seasoning
    1 tbsp Worcstershire Sauce

Directions

Add seasonings and Worcestershire to ground turkey and brown. After brown
add 1 can of tomato soup
Cut peppers in 1/2 and de-seed
Fill pepper halves with ground turkey mixture snd place in pan.
put a tbsp of tomato soup on top of each pepper
add a little water to remaining soup.(sometimes I also add a dash of Worcstershire sauce and adobe)
Drizzle over peppers and use the rest to bast peppers or for a sauce.
Yummy and low fat
